We read every message. There is no contact form and no account — email is the fastest way to reach us. Calculators run in your browser; we never receive the numbers you type unless you paste them in your email.
Include the page URL and, for calculator issues, the inputs you used so we can reproduce the result.
What to write about
- Wrong differential, overtime, or travel-stipend formula
- Shift-stack math that does not match documented assumptions
- Broken link, layout issue, or accessibility problem
- Privacy question about analytics or how data is handled
Incorrect shift-pay formulas are treated as urgent once we can reproduce them from the inputs you send.
What we cannot help with
We cannot run payroll, interpret your union contract, or give employment or tax advice. For handbook or paycheck disputes, talk to your employer, HR, or a licensed professional.
